Our foundation is grateful for every contribution and is committed to honoring donor intent. Because donations support our mission and are put to use quickly, all contributions are generally considered final and non-refundable.

If a donor believes a donation was made in error, they may request a refund by contacting us in writing within 7 days of the transaction.Refund requests must include the donor’s full name, the date and amount of the donation, and the reason for the request.Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. After 7 days, we are unable to issue refunds.

Recurring donations may be canceled at any time upon written request and will stop prior to the next scheduled charge.

If a technical error on our website results in an incorrect charge, we will work with the donor to resolve the issue promptly.
